Kefir
Some days ago a friend of mine gave me some kefir. She said me it has do be into the darkness and some other people said me don't.
I don't know too much about kefir but maybe you do. Can you help me?

There are many places on the Net where you can find information. I often drink it but nowadays I don't have it. It died in Summer. The most important thing you have to know is to feed it well. Change the milk every one or two days. It would depend on the kind of kefir and how sour do you like it. And once or two a month, clean it carefully with water.
