Some time ago I wrote about a new slimming diet. It was based on the blood groups.

Nowadays exist one kind of diet for any person. What is the best one?

We now being a bit overweight is unhealthy. But this kind of slimming diet isn't better. Losing 10kilos in a month isn't healthy at all. The best way to do it is step by step.

However, nowadays we are living in a society that wants everything right now, so we are impatient.

In our society everybody have to be slim. Why? because when you go shopping and don't have a size 36 it could be an odissey to find something. Although the time passes and the things change...

The most healthy way to lose some weight is: doing some exercise and eating less quantity and with more vegetables and fruits.

There isn't a trick, this is the clue.

Last year some of us went to Great Britain to improve our poor English. We went to Blackpool, it isn't a very nice city but there is an airport.

Yesterday I was reading "Bridget Jones's diary" when in one chapter (14th of August) appeared the name of Blackpool. At this moment I thought "I have been there!!!"

It's just a curious thing.

Christmas time is arriving. The streets are full of lights, Xmas trees, Santa Claus and all this kind of things.

I must recognize, I love Xmas time!!!

I like the long meals with my family talking about anything and everything with some gossips, of course (hehehe).

And, what's about the presents? Every year I give all the presents to my familiy (not only mine). I enjoy doing it: looking their faces when they opened it. And, of course, when I open of mine presents.

From time to time during the year we have family lunches for a birthday or another kind of celebration. However, I really love Xmas time and the sense of these days.

We were in Tenerife and... What's the most famous thing in Tenerife? Yes, it's El Teide, the sleeping vulcano so we had to visit it.

At the beginnig it was a sunny day. Then, at the same time that we were going up with our bus the time changed, it was a foggy day (we were crossing the clouds) and finally at the top of the mountain it was sunny again.

In El Teide you could see all kind of colours in the ground and the stones modelled by the wind. The Earth is always surprising... Sometimes I thought I was in Mars but I was not, it was on Earth!!!

In one of our trips we visited La Gomera. It's one of the smallest islands (the smallest one is El Hierro).

This day we eake up at 4.30am because the bus was going to picke up us at 5.30 am. The 90% of the tourist in Tenerife are German so it was full of them.

We were in Tenerife so we had to go to La Gomera by ferry (it was like the "Love ship"). In 45' we were there and we started our bus journey...

In La Gomera exist a natural reserve called Garajonay so we could see that the touristy in La Gomera isn't only for its beaches. I will recommend La Gomera to people who like climbing and be with the enviroment but not for the typical touristy. They live surrounded by nature!!!

In our trip we could see also the famous Silvo Gomero (it isn't a person, it's a wistle). I thought it was based on a code but it isn't. It reproduces the sound of the language so it will sound different for any language. The man who show us it wistled in Spanish and in German.

After a long day we returned to our hotel in El Puerto de la Cruz (Tenerife).

I wouldn't recommend this trip to people who go with children because you are most of time in bus. Peolpe like me who love the city and its chaos.

I would recommend this trip to people who like mountains and nature.

I'm here again!! You know all these holidays together... In these days it was impossible to write a word.

As I said in one of my previous posts I went to Tenerife. Have you ever been there? It is a wonderful island and, in my opinion, it's better to visit it in winter. It's magic for us be in a swimming costume on December (27ºC!!!).

In next posts I will explain you all my trips in the island: the first one was to visit La Gomera, another to El Teide and the last one and the most relaxing trip was riding a camel.

However, now my brain is starting to dissolve... A lot of things in my mind, worries and a cold that is still with me.

Well, as I said first it will be in next days.
