Something about my childhood

When I was a baby I lived in Begues. It was a little town (nowadays it isn't quite little) between the mountains but near to El Prat were my father worked. Our family moved there because my sister was allergic to everything (dust, peach, walnut...) so the mountains were healthier than the smog of the city. I can't remember many things about my life there, I was too little.

When my sister was better we moved again to El Prat. My grandma lived in El Prat and many memories from her my childhood come from her old house (now she lives in a new one).

I don't know why but my feeling is that I have spent much time with her. What does it mean? My parents worked. She works in the mornings and my father was a shift-worker. So once a month during a week (not the weekend) I stayed with my grandparents.

The statistic says 3 weeks at home - 1 week with them. But my memories, most of them, were from their house.

We seem to be all very fond of our grandparents, don't we? I also keep wonderful memories from my grandmother who lived with us at home.

I have corrected a few things (don't be offended!) and have posted them in the corrections list in my blog. Check and correct, please!

I believe grandparents are so important in our lives... I rememeber my grandmother a lot but not as much my grandfather. And I can tell you, these are great memories!
